End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Abrean Bartel ("Developer") regarding your use of the Sweet Bonita mobile application ("App").
Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the App's documentation and this Agreement.
License Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
- Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices
- Use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed
Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Developer.
Updates and Maintenance
The Developer may from time to time provide updates or improvements to the features/functionality of the App, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications. You understand that the Developer is under no obligation to provide any updates or continue to provide or enable any features.
User-Generated Content
The App may allow you to create, submit, post, or display content. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant the Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, and display your content in connection with the App.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides.
